About Gustavo Gutierrez d'Valesco San Roman (Gus)

Gustavo Gutierrez d’Velasco San Roman (We call him Gus) is the latest addition as a Real Estate Agent for Alexander Real Estate & Investments and for REMAX. ‘Gus’ will be covering the Loreto area and the Coyote Bay area all the way up to Mulegé.

Gus was born in Guadalajara, Mexico in 1958, and his uncle was a Mexican Supreme Court Justice in Guadalajara.  He has traveled throughout the world:  Including Europe, India, Eastern Europe, Bangladesh, Belize, Asia, all of Mexico and the USA.

He plays the violin & guitar, and is an expert fisherman & sailor. He speaks three languages: Spanish, English and German.

Gus divides his time between Loreto & his home in Coyote Bay. He has been very successful as a builder & site manager in Coyote Bay, also was highly sought after as a honest/direct translator.  He has been and will always be a man of the highest integrity, a hard worker and is known for his exceptional client satisfaction & follow-up (personalized service).
